Transplant Australia works to increase the rate of donation, improve the community’s understanding of transplantation; and to provide all those touched by transplantation with support, education and guidance to improve their health, quality of life and well-being.
Transplant Australia exists to make the most of life – promoting the life-saving benefits of organ and tissue donation to the Australian public and supporting those most vulnerable through their journey back to the fullness of life.
Sids & Kids – Red Nose
Red Nose is Australia’s leading authority on safe sleep and safe pregnancy, and bereavement support for families affected by the death of a child.
Red Nose Australia was founded in 1977 by bereaved parents who wanted to make sure the devastating impact of the death of their child never happened to anyone else – by finding out why their babies died suddenly and unexpectedly, and then educating parents and health professionals about how to prevent it.
Red Nose relies on the generosity of the community through Red Nose Day and other fundraising events, and partnerships with small businesses and corporations like the Lynmarc Group
The Charity was formed in 2006 for the public charitable purpose of providing relief for disadvantaged people suffering from poverty and injustice as a result of unemployment, disrupted education, drug and alcohol abuse, excessive gambling, crime, breakdown in relationships and other significant life issues, and has a successful track record of delivering innovative employment and training initiatives.
EQubed uses our donations to help fund workshops, facilities and outreach efforts.
